Terms of Use


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by CryptoDirect Inc., including all associated features and functionalities, websites, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software applications associated with our service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

CryptoDirect Inc. offers digital currency exchange services via automated kiosks (the “Kiosks”) located in various locations. Our Service allows customers to buy selected virtual currencies in a direct and immediate transaction without the need for an intermediary.

3. User Responsibility

  • You assume full responsibility for all transactions made using our Kiosks, including the destination of the digital currency purchased or sold.
  • You confirm that all funds used in transactions are obtained legally and that the digital currency will not be used for illicit purposes, including but not limited to transactions related to the darknet, terrorist funding, or illegal activities.
  • All transactions are final. CryptoDirect Inc. will not issue refunds or reverse transactions once completed.

4. Immediate Delivery

Digital currencies purchased at our Kiosks are transferred immediately to the provided wallet address upon completion of the transaction. CryptoDirect Inc. cannot reverse transactions or issue refunds for any reason, including fraud.

5. Fraud Prevention

You agree to use the Service for legitimate purposes only, such as personal investment or sending money to friends and family. Be cautious of common scams and do not send money to anyone for reasons that may seem suspicious or unverified.

6. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a resident of Canada.
  • Transact on your own behalf and not on behalf of others.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws.

7. Transactions and Limits

CryptoDirect Inc. reserves the right to set transaction limits and may refuse service at its discretion. Prices and availability of digital currencies are subject to change based on market conditions.

8. Compliance and Reporting

As a financial service provider, CryptoDirect Inc. is subject to regulatory oversight and complies with all applicable laws, including AML and CTF regulations. We may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities without prior notice to you.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

CryptoDirect Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
